In accordance with agreements with partner medical clinics, the University provides employment opportunities in Avicenna University-affiliated clinics for graduates willing to work in the region. Avicenna University-affiliated clinics and the University jointly offer career planning for employed graduates as they progress through their residency or training programs. Annually, Avicenna University-affiliated clinics provide vacancies for the Support and Career Development Service for University students and graduates. The coordination of the employment process in these clinics is managed by the University's Support and Career Development Service for Students and Graduates, under the supervision of the Deputy Rector for the management of Clinical Facilities and Educational Resources.
Enhancing cooperation with medical institutions in the country and region aims to provide University students with additional clinical practice opportunities during their studies, as well as alternative employment options in vacant positions within these medical institutions. The University's Support and Career Development Service for Students and Graduates maintains regular communication with medical institutions to obtain information about available vacancies.

Student status is granted upon registration at the University, submission of a document confirming the completion of a general or equivalent education, and signing an academic contract with the University. For foreign citizens, Georgian citizens with general or higher education from a foreign country, and stateless persons, an additional condition for enrollment is the recognition of their educational documents by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Furthermore, they must obtain the right to enroll in the University through an order from the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia.

To enhance student management at the University, ensure broad student involvement in decision-making processes, protect student rights, and promote their full realization, the Student Self-Governance Body has been established through direct and equal elections among the University's students.
The Student Self-Governance Body operates independently and conducts its activities in accordance with the University's established framework Regulations and the Student Self-Governance Regulations developed and approved by the students themselves.
